Here is how we started to adopt the technology to call centres, helping them to optimise customer communication. The end of 2018 brought us significant changes. We got selected to Collider accelerator in Amsterdam and as a result, we built a MVP and established a Dutch company which is currently the HQ.
With 80 percent of all the call centres in Germany serving the insurance and financial sector, it was a logical move for NeoSound to apply for InsurTech Hub Munich’s Innovation Programme. From there we help German Insurance industry players improve customer communication processes with NeoSound Intelligence tools.
